Charron B: I have watched my daughter Caryn grow from feeling self conscious about her petite body size to
feeling confident that GOD made her exactly the way she is intended to be. Caryn was frequently called
anorexic and malnourished. These comments used to impact her self-esteem, but since joining JACC Caryn
has shown so much more confidence about her figure. Caryn is now comfortable in her skin. Jearlean, I
appreciate all of the time and energy that you and JACC staff have put in to training workshops and the many
opportunities for the girls to speak freely.

Danielle A: Well, I absolutely loved working with Jearlean and her models. When my designs were featured
in their kids fashion show, it was fun and a very fulfilling experience. I know that in the future when we work
together again it will be even better than the first time. I thank you so much for that opportunity. The children
touched me with their dedication and you inspired me with your determination! Madisel Clothing
Shenee' R: I was first interested in joining JACC after the First Anniversary Show. Do to some events in my
life, my esteem dropped dramatically and I decided to back down from the whole workshop and modeling
thing. One day I happened to look at JACC myspace page again and decided that NOW was the time to not
let the devil hold me back ANY longer and to stop feeling like a failure. I then contacted Jearlean and told her
of my interest in joining again. Still not as confident in myself on the inside as well as the outside, I was about
to back down again. For some reason Jearlean asked me to be in the 2nd Anniversary Show. I don't think
she knew at the time how much that meant. "Someone actually cared enough to work with me...even
though I look like this!!" Now I am so excited about what I KNOW God is going to do through this agency and I
practice "Ripping the Runway" every opportunity I get. Even my husband notices the change.
I AM BEAUTIFUL AND HAVE MANY GIFTS AND TALENTS THAT GOD WANTS TO BRING TO THE SURFACE
AGAIN!!!! Imagine, if I feel like this without the workshop yet, no telling what I am going to do with myself when I do go
through the workshop.
Deidre T: I am the glue for J & Company’s DJ. I keep the music in order for the DJ’s. I have had the privilege
to be the assistant to the DJ’s; LaVar Marshall and Antonio Townes. J & Company fashion shows are
amazing. You have all the Christians, as well as non Christians coming out to strut there stuff and they are
not afraid. Congrats to J & Company. May God continue to bless you all. Deidre Townes
Elisha P: Over the last several years working with and J and Company and CEO, Jearlean Taylor has been
nothing short of a blessing. Each time I am afforded the opportunity to work with models and the staff I am
blessed tangibly and intangibly. The values and self-images taught are uplifting and beneficial for young
people and those young at heart. My experience with the company has encouraged me to pursue one of my
passions; make-up artistry. I thank you Jearl and J and Company for allowing me to practice my “gift" on the
many beautiful faces that are apart of this organization. It is my contention that J and Company helps to
shape the minds of people from all walks of life and will continue to do so for years to come.

Grace(Pinky): My experience with J & Company came threw my children. J &Company has given my girls
higher self esteem and self awareness. J & Company is truly a blessing to all who is affiliated especially in the
modern day and age. Thank you (Jearlean Taylor) and J &Company.

Melissa S: I have known J & Company CEO, Jearlean, for about sixteen years – not long, compared to her
extensive list of friends and supporters. I have always been inspired by Jearl’s drive, poise and silent
determination to model in a Christ-like way. I remember some years ago when Jearl went for a go-see and
was told that she would not be selected to model because she wore a colostomy bag and refused to wear
skimpy clothing. The rejection was discouraging, but her prayer partners stood in agreement that God would
provide a way to use her gift of modeling. Today Jearl is living her passion, bringing youth (and adults) to
Christ in a fun & respectable way, and glorifying God for his awesomeness. I have also been a guest model
for J & Company. The experience is a constant reminder that we can do all things through Christ who
strengthens us!
Shaborah W: My daughter, Destiny Wright, has been with J & Company Models since the birth of the
ministry. I notice that her Confidence and Self-Esteem has grown tremendously. She is not afraid to express
her inner/outer beauty when she represents J & Company. Her standards of dress are non-negotiable and
the creativity she posses make me very proud. Thanks J & Company for your workshops and allowing us to
participate in other fashion shows that really made us realize the beauty is inside/out.
Deborah H: First, it is a privilege and honor to work with adolescent and young adults on various topics from
self esteem to understanding how choices have consequences. As a workshop facilitator it gives me
another way to lone my skills to educate and empower individuals to maximize their full potentials as they"
walk the runway of life".
Lakia Bailey-El: It is truly a blessing to see children and young adults using their gifts to the glory of God. I
have noticed a wonderful change in my daughter’s confidence with herself, in her brief time with J& Company.
